Groups on MBS
I have had a LOT of questions recently about groups, I'm going to try to answer a few here, if you have a question feel free to ask it here or you can private message me, either way I will answer you! I will comment here on this blog with each question and it's answer.

Here are a few things to think about when deciding where your group/groups may go "if" groups are closed on eBay.

My Boutique Space is not a design group (never will be), we are just buyers and designers sharing a common interest, the love of Boutique.

You make the group it is yours to run, you make the rules.

You can spam any listing from ANY selling venue.

Your group has it's own front page, personal forum, gallery, shoutbox.

My boutique Space has Events (List your launches), Polls, Your own Blog, and profile page.

Chat rooms for live chat, you start the room you can also password it for members only. (message me if you would like a permanent room added)

Forums, don't just spam your listings and launches within your group spam it to the whole site.

Question: Some of the girls are having trouble getting into the
group...they are getting the invites but can't access the group.  Is
there something we are doing wrong?

In the invite email, click the link to go to the group, At the Top there should be a link to "accept group invite"

Mod's for groups

Right now if I make some one a Mod for their group, it makes them a Mod for ALL groups, I think everyone would agree this is not good! LOL

I am told it is being worked on and should be available with in a month?

Answer:
Yes, BUT there is only one Admin, and that's me.

The site is set up with different User levels, kinda like on eBay, we have

Guest < Guests have very limited access to the site.

Normal < Is a regular member

Staff < Staff is our Welcome Wagon members, they welcome new members and they are my eyes and ears. There are 13 members in this group at the moment.

Admin <- There are 3 accounts with admin and they are all me. Administrator, MyBoutiqueSpace & MaPetiteChou.

If you start the group it is up to you to make the rules and in force them, you have full control of your group. The ONLY time I will step in is if 1. I'm asked too by the Group Owner or 2. Something puts the entire site (MBS) in harms way.
