We were a military family (GO ARMY!) for nearly 9 years. I am a art student right now. I also have my own business.
You can also visit my BLOG, I usually blog there more than here, its Rosa Dolce Designs Blog. I am an artist of all trades! Just like my brothers and father we love to draw, paint, and just plain ol' create things that suits our fancy. However I gear more towards children's art and folklore. I can paint you a mural if you want? I scrapbook, sew, play with clay, I do photography, the only things I need to learn now is how to blow glass!
We lived abroad in Germany for 3 and loved every minute of it.

This photo up there is when we were in Wurzburg Germany. I loved that city I wish I was there now. Its very historic the buildings are beautiful and this particular place was my favorite besides the Main Rhein (River). This is the Residence Palace. I never went inside because you have to pay to take a tour...however the gardens are free and its HUGE!!! I Loved the Gardens in the back and we would walk around for hours on end. SOOOO Beautiful.

I also have 2 younger brothers...they may look scary but honestly they are as harmless as a bunny wabit!!! Put me in a room with these two and you would never even guess they are my flesh and blood! They would look more like my body guards!!! I'm proud of them though.

I started out making bows. With four girls I thought I will save money making my own bows. Also when we lived in Germany, the PX had a very VERY limited stock of bows. Really, only red, white and blue...how patriotic! So I learned, and many moms stopped me because they wanted to know where I had bought my bows. When I mentioned I made them, they started to 'order' from me. That's how my bow business started. I ventured off into sewing, thanks to my husband. I had wanted a sewing machine since before we were married and for nearly 8 years I had asked for one and he kept on saying "Yes dear and I will buy one for you" Finally in 2005 he got me one for Christmas and I took of learning on my own, with books and searching on the net. My husband said that if he knew I was going to take to it like a duck on water he would have given me a machine sooner. So I have integrated my sewing and bow making into one business. Soon, though I will start to provide fabrics, if things go right for me.

When I sew, I love to make peasant shirts, sometimes I Shir them, I love shirred, halters, I like to make the matching pants myself, or shorts. Sometimes I get my favorite kid brand jeans and I just add to it with fabrics and ribbons. I LOVE LOVE LOVE making pillow case dresses...I have made tons of them for my two youngest daughters. My older ones will wear them but since they are smaller for them its more of a pillow case SHIRT! LOL...When it comes to bows, I love to make layered bows. I love to add so much color it. I love to make flower clips for delicate bows, you know something that is perfect but not to over the top. I like classic outfits and bows..things that never go out of style for a child.

There are so many things that I like, books I love all Harry Potter books. I also love the book "First Princess of Wales" I also love photography books. Music, COUNTRY IS IN MY HEART, but I also love Gwen Stephanie, Pink, Ferggie. Movies well if I love Harry Potter books then you must have guessed I love the Harry Potter movies. Im also a fan of British movies, I love Pride and Prejudice, Becoming Jane, The Illusionist and so forth.
